Inside Sales Representative

    Responsibilities:
  • Prospect leads generated from tradeshows, advertising, referrals and qualified leads from Outside Sales, Account Managers and Sales Management team.
  • Enhance existing customer base by cultivating relationship with end users to identify new/current applications and programs.
  • Complete follow-up activity on all POS accounts
  • Assist Account Manager with territory and account development through regular meetings
  • Communicate accounting delinquencies to customer to ensure timely payments and prevent shipment delays.
  • Collection of outstanding Evaluations units.
  • Participate in Regional/Corporate trade shows and other marketing events
  • Maintain complete database of all sales activity and customer/prospects within the region including key decision makers and products of interest.
    Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficient in Network technology &/or data communication concepts.
  • Prior experience in Inside Sales within a channel sales structure.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Robust interpersonal skills, positive attitude & pro-active approach
  • Ability to perform within a high paced and creative environment
  • Travel by Car or Plane for overnight Business activities may be required
